Samsung's Chromebook Plus proved popular with consumers after its release last year, and the Chromebook Plus v2 is looking to continue that streak of success by adding new features. Chief among those is a secondary camera on the front of the device, which makes it even more appealing as a mobile device (as one might expect given its hybrid tablet form factor).

Since the Chromebook Plus v2 can have several different functions depending on the format that it's arranged in, Samsung has made it capable of withstanding the rigors of everyday use. The keyboard deck, for example, is now more durable, with curved keycaps that are both pleasingly tactile and able to hold up after being subjected to spills (Samsung claims that the keyboard can function even after spills of up to 60 cubic centimeters).
