Lush and almost lavish in a way, the work of Christopher Eyles is like a refreshing breeze, scratch that, blast of cool air. Each image is a collage, although that might be hard to discern at first. That is because Christopher Eyles has masterfully pasted the landscape together to create a seamless scene that would only be possible if it were witnessed in a dream.

Born in Fareham, England, and currently based in London, Christopher Eyles plops sky-blue pools in the middle of tropical rainforests and jungles with snowy mountains in the backdrop. What the casual observer might not realized is that each piece is painstakingly composed from hundreds of snippets of photographs from magazines and leaflets.
