The craft requires large round balloons to form the colorful bulb of the ornament and just a few supplies to make the ornament hook. The metallic part of the ornament is created with silver cardstock, a pipe cleaner and some tape.
After blowing up the balloon, the pipe cleaner and silver piece of cardstock are cleverly used to conceal the tail of the balloon and perfectly disguise it. Since the decorations are filled with air, the giant ornaments are light enough to be hung or displayed in clusters quite easily.
