The Chiikawa Happy Meal toys debut in Singapore as a four-week Happy Meal promotion featuring eight collectible figures inspired by Nagano’s manga and anime series. Running from August 13 to September 10, the release dresses each character in a different McDonald's role, including restaurant manager, crew member, McCafé barista, McDelivery rider and Guest Experience Leader. Two figures launch every Thursday at 11 a.m. while supplies last, creating four staggered releases across the campaign. Character-specific accessories match each assigned role, with miniature uniforms, a delivery bike and McCafé equipment included throughout the assortment.
The schedule begins with Chiikawa and Furuhonya, followed by Kurimanju and Hachiware, then Rakko and Momonga before concluding with Usagi and Shisa. Chiikawa originated as illustrations before expanding into manga, animation and licensed merchandise with an international audience. Singapore customers may also select books from the Happy Meal Readers program as an alternative to toys, including titles from the I Can Dream Big series.
