Most people are familiar with tacos al pastor, which is a classic Mexican dish that combines spit-grilled pork with a mix of traditional Middle Eastern spices and indigenous Mexican spices. Your Pie’s Chicken Al Pastor Pizza aims to replicate these flavors with house-made avocado-pineapple salsa, jalapeño, and mozzarella. For added heat, the pizza is drizzled with smoked chipotle ranch and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. To round out the meal, You Pie is also offering side orders of Fresh Mex Cheese Sticks, which are topped with avocado-pineapple salsa and served with smoked chipotle ranch for dipping.
