The 'Chat with CTA' chatbot service allows users to receive responses to questions and submit their concerns. What's great about this chatbot is that it is well and truly designed to complement rather than replace existing mediums of service such as phone lines, web forms and email. What's more, this chatbot service is available not only in English but also in Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Polish and Tagalog, allowing it to cater to a more diverse swathe of the population.

“By utilizing Google Cloud’s leading AI capabilities to power Chat with CTA, the Chicago Transit Authority can improve operations while providing a better overall customer experience," stated Brent Mitchell, vice president of state local and education over at Google Public Sector.
