The Chicago Transit Authority, which is responsible for the operation of mass public transportation in the Windy City, has collaborated with none other than Google Public Sector in order to develop a brand new chatbot service that aims to provide more streamlined, customized and actionable information to transit users in the Chicago area.
The 'Chat with CTA' chatbot service allows users to receive responses to questions and submit their concerns.
