The chia seeds are a source of antioxidants, fiber, omega 3 fatty acids and protein. The hydrating anti-inflammatory ingredient contains many minerals, like calcium, iron and potassium. The blueberries add another antioxidants dosage.
To recreate this recipe at home, you will need coconut milk (or another non-dairy milk if you're lactose intolerant), dried lavender buds, Medjool dates, blueberries, vanilla extract and chia seeds. You can also add natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup.
