After downloading the app, fans of the show are able to chat with their favorite characters from the show, who are actually AI bots that are capable of providing smart answers to the questions they are asked.

From a marketing perspective, these chatbots are engaging and more cost-effective than organizing fan meetups with a celebrity from the series.

Outside of downloading the app purely for the purposes of speaking to these characters, Luka app users can make the most of other smart AI chatbots in the messenger. When chatting with @Luka, users are able to ask for local restaurant recommendations, while bots like @Quiz and @News are devoted to sharing other types of information.
