Getting younger demographics to dine out can be a struggle for restaurants, however this charcoal pasta spot in Toronto is appealing to Millennials and Gen Zers by offering up Instagrammable dishes that they'll want to share on their feeds.
SÔS is set to open in Toronto's downtown core, right at John and Adelaide. Although few details surrounding the opening are available so far, foodies have been readily anticipating the obscure dishes that have been featured on the restaurant's Instagram account so far. With the activated charcoal giving pasta dishes a rich dark color, the accompanying sauces are given plenty of contrast, making for a photogenic experience. Apart from charcoal pasta dishes, SÔS is said to offer plenty of vegan options as well.
