CEO Feedback Hotlines

Bartaco Lists Its CEO Hotline on Every Receipt

Bartaco is turning guest feedback into direct conversations by listing its 'CEO Hotline' on every receipt, allowing diners to call, text, or email Anthony Valletta without filling out a form. The chain added his personal cell number and email to receipts at all 31 locations, and he handles the outreach himself each day.

Each receipt invites guests to reach out if their visit missed the mark and makes it clear the contact is real. Bartaco also staged a live version at Bartaco Port Chester on June 2, featuring a blue analog phone linked to Valletta so diners could speak with him on the spot.

For brands, this points to hospitality as a visible exchange rather than a tucked-away contact page. Restaurant groups relying on generic forms now face higher expectations: listening can be immediate, personal, and part of the meal itself.
