Celebrity Chef Scotley Innis' Dinner Event Served Up Elevated Eats

Celebrity Chef and Hell's Kitchen alumni Scotley Innis hosted an exclusive CBD dinner in Atlanta this past March in an effort to educate audiences about cooking with the emerging ingredient. While marijuana's legalization across certain American states has lead to less stigma surrounding the herb, law restrictions in other regions inspired Innis to create an elevated dining event spotlighting CBD -- a more widely accepted and wellness-promoting ingredient.

This exciting event by Scotley Innis and his partner Erin Newmark took nearly a year to plan and featured a "curated menu infused with different strands," offering a multisensory experience for guests.

Hosted in Atlanta, the experiential 5-course dinner offered meal varieties ranging from the $50 to the $300 price tag with vegan options included. Some other standouts from the evening included a CBD Chocolate Fountain paired with fresh fruit, handcrafted CBD cocktails and even a CBD ointment massage station.
