Casa Mariol, a family owned winery based in Poland, has taken a unique route to attract new business. Similar to the African Health Placement campaign that specifically addressed foreign doctors via a radio that could only be listened to through a stethoscope, Casa Mariol sent out pens filled with their best Cabernet Sauvignon instead of ink to show companies how perfect their fine wine would be as a business gift.

Of course, Casa Mariol's wine was tweaked to reach a consistency that was visible on paper. Therefore, prospective business partners were encouraged to fill out the accompanying order form rather than cracking the pen open and taking a swig. At once innovative and useful, the Casa Mariol wine pens were perfectly tailored to grab people's attention.
