Curated Derby-Approved Recipes

Churchill Downs Joins Forces with CAFÉ, Caroline Chambers & Others

Churchill Downs has partnered with the kitchen appliance brand CAFÉ, along with cookbook author Caroline Chambers and other content creators, in order to help fans host Kentucky Derby watch parties at home. The collaborative initiative will provide curated recipes, cocktail ideas, and entertaining tips that bring the racetrack experience into personal kitchens.

Caroline Chambers has developed a Kentucky Derby At Home menu that reimagines traditional Derby flavors with approachable twists, while cocktail creator Miguel Buencamino offers drink recipes and hospitality expert Xandy Sutherland Nickel shares hosting advice. All of this information is accessible through a dedicated online portal.

The involvement of CAFÉ appliances in the partnership may also subtly educate consumers about how having the right kitchen tools can make executing such a menu easier, though the recipes themselves are presumably adaptable to any well equipped kitchen.
