In Mexican cuisine, carne asada is a grilled marinated beef steak, cooked to obtain a particular charred flavor. The Vulgar Chef put his own spin on it by making Doritos-Crusted Carne Asada Balls.
Inspired by southern California, the OC-themed recipe can be found on his blog, Instagram and YouTube tutorial. This was the first time the food blogger attempted to make the Mexican dish and did so while drunk. The meat was marinated, wrapped in white bread and covered in a crushed up nacho chip crumb mixture. It is served with a side of tomato-heavy guacamole.
