TGI Fridays New Carlo’s Cookies & Cream Tsunami Cake is Ultra Sweet

Your next trip to TGI Fridays' just got a little sweeter with the debut of the brand's new Carlo’s Cookies & Cream Tsunami Cake.

In honor of Mother's Day 2021, TGI Fridays' is serving up half-priced bottles of wine, a Sparkling Strawberry Henny Cocktail, and a brand new Carlo’s Cookies & Cream Tsunami Cake. The eye-popping new cake was created by Cake Boss Buddy Valastro and will be available from May 3 through May 9, 2021. The tasty creation starts with a rich chocolate cake, layered with Oreo Cookie vanilla mousse. The whole thing is then covered in a rich Oreo cream icing that creates a cascading tsunami-like wave over the cake. As Buddy Valastro himself explains, "“This cake screams celebration for all the moms out there. I am excited to partner with TGI Fridays to celebrate moms, and help them break up the everyday routine and enjoy a night out with friends and family."
