The pizza consists of an outer ring made with crunchy pizza dough filled with cheese, while the ends of the spokes on the star-like form are made of macaroons. The spokes themselves consists of sausage as the stuffing with mochi on the exterior, which lead to the dome in the middle that's filled with Japanese curry and mashed potatoes.
