This healthier alternative to the popular peanut butter cup chocolates offers consumers a delicious raspberry caramel dessert made from dark chocolate that is just as flavorful and is made with wholesome ingredients. The dessert looks almost identical to a peanut butter cup, except the filling is a rich pink raspberry caramel sauce.
The recipe begins by making the raspberry caramel filling from scratch using coconut milk, maple sugar, vanilla, salt, honey and frozen raspberries.
