Canto Restaurant Boasts a Special Multi-Course Menu for the Holidays
For the upcoming Easter holiday, Canto Restaurant has crafted a special multi-course menu. The dining offering is sure to elevate celebrations with seasonal ingredients, which are expertly interpreted through the lens of both local and international culinary influences.
The Easter Menu highlights at Canto Restaurant begin with a selection of shared starters that establish a contrast between rich, earthy flavors and lighter notes. This section includes Sourdough Crostini with chili rapini & burrata, accompanied by mushrooms with truffle gouda. Individuals can also share Marinated Swordfish Bites doused in avocado and a ginger sesame dressing, as well as Smoked Duck Breast Salad with celeriac appleslaw, grapefruit, and maple dijon. For the main course, guests are given a choice among three options — Chef’s Risotto, Wild Arctic Char, or Ontario Lamb Loin — and for dessert, Canto Restaurant has prepared another round of shareables, including Lemon meringue cheesecake, Hazelnut chocolate praline tart, and Fresh fruit & berries. The dining experience is complemented by curated wine pairings from Niagara and international regions.
Canto Restaurant's Easter Menu is available on Sunday, April 5th, from 1 PM until 4 PM. The price is $95 CAD per person, with the wine pairing being $50 CAD extra.
