bosk will Host its Gastronomic Journey, 'Taste of Shangri-La'

As part of the global 'Taste of Shangri-La' campaign, Shangri-La Toronto’s signature restaurant, bosk, invites guests on a refined culinary journey.

To begin, diners may choose from elegant starters such as roasted Ontario butternut squash soup or heirloom beet salad. Moving into the main course, options include cider-brined Harriston chicken with mustard spaetzle, handmade potato gnocchi with aged Parmigiano, or Fogo Island turbot served with a lobster emulsion. To conclude, the experience ends on a sweet note with sticky toffee pudding or chocolate hazelnut rocher.

In addition, guests may select two or three courses, enhanced by optional wine pairings that highlight both Canadian and Italian vintages. Moreover, this initiative reflects Shangri-La’s longstanding commitment to hospitality and culinary artistry; with 14 properties and 28 restaurants worldwide, Taste of Shangri-La celebrates each venue’s distinct identity.
