The Bealtaine Theatre Festival is presented by the Canada Ireland Foundation and will run from May 21 to June 7, 2026, at the Corleck, a new waterfront venue in Toronto. The event boasts Canadian premieres of three contemporary Irish productions — CHICKEN by Sunday’s Child Theatre, BELLOW by Brokentalkers, and YOU’LL SEE by Branar.
CHICKEN by Sunday’s Child Theatre is a one-person show that had a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. As a performance, BELLOW by Brokentalkers explores traditional Irish music through live accordion, contemporary dance, and original composition. Finally, YOU’LL SEE by Branar is an adaptation of James Joyce’s Ulysses and is designed for audiences aged eight and up.
Ticket packages for Canada Ireland Foundation's Bealtaine Theatre Festival individual admission, a combined ticket for CHICKEN and BELLOW, and a family four-pack for YOU’LL SEE.
