Her company, which she owns with her husband, Good To-Go, offers dehydrated camping meals to outdoor enthusiasts who still like a little bit of luxury now and then too.

While dehydrated food may not sound too appealing to you, Scism promises tastiness and I would trust her, she is an award-winning, professional chef. All of the Good To-Go products are made in Maine using fresh, simple ingredients and include meals like Thai Curry, Smoked Three Bean Chilli and Herbed Mushroom Risotto.
