Custom Caller ID Cards

Google Launches Calling Cards And Find Hub Location Sharing

Google introduced Calling Cards for Android, a new caller ID feature that lets users pick a photo and style to display when they place a call, featuring customization of name font and color and requiring Phone by Google as the default dialer. The rollout supports Android 11+ now and is coming to Wear OS; users can restrict their Calling Card visibility to contacts only.

Google also updated its Find Hub location network with direct sharing into Google Messages and continuable real-time maps, offering timed stop options familiar from the Find Hub app. The Find Hub update added the ability to share tracked-item locations with partner airlines to help locate lost luggage, with partnerships including China Airlines, Air India and Turkish Airlines and more planned. These additions streamline identity and location sharing for everyday users, improving call recognition and making temporary, controlled location sharing easier and more useful across messaging and travel scenarios.
