Fashion label C2H4 released a line of edgy pieces for its Spring/Summer 2018 second drop entitled the ZERO GRAVITY collection. The concept that the brand embraced when crafting this series explores an imagined future of the human population. Designer YiXi envisions the year 2082 and imagines what people would be wearing, exploring the theme of the unknown. To dive deeper into the concept, C2H4 follows a narrative of a group of chemists who travel 70 years into the future to Mars.
The new C2H4 ZERO GRAVITY collection incorporates militaristic undertones and functional fabric materials and details. Some standout items from the collection include the RECONSTRUCTED SLEEVE HOODIE, which is boxed-shaped with gear pocket details and the UTILITY M-65 JACKET, which is a lightweight jacket with a hidden hood and detachable waist-pouch. Other key garments are the OZONE GENERATOR PULLOVER with multiple pockets and a small cross-chest bag and the SIDE STRAP TRACKPANTS, which are classic tearaway-style pants with utility buckle details.
