The Burger King Your Way Champions are a new managerial role from the QSR brand that replaces the traditional restaurant manager position to help put the team member front and center even more.
The role will see managers donning a uniform that sets them apart in the restaurant where they will address customer service issues, verify order accuracy and welcome guests. The role was developed through extensive feedback sessions held by the brand to identify points where improvement could be made. The role is rolling out alongside the new Whopper Guarantee where customers who receive a Whopper sandwich that isn't satisfactory will have a new one offered alongside a digital coupon for a free one on their next visit.
The Burger King Your Way Champions will be supported by additional team member training alongside more restaurant resources.
