University-Like QSR Training Academies

Popeyes University is for Head Office and Restaurant Teams

Popeyes University has been launched in the UK as the QSR brand's new training platform that's meant to offer support for staff in its head office location as well as restaurant teams. The program puts the Louisiana Ladder in the focus, which is a structured development pathway that supports team members transition from entry-level role into managerial ones. The brand is also launching the Brass Roots apprenticeship program that will enable team members to get their Level 3 and Level 4 hospitality qualifications that are nationally recognized.

Chief People Officer Matt Hudson spoke on the Popeyes University saying, "We’re incredibly proud of the culture we’ve built at Popeyes, which has been recognised through awards such as The Sunday Times Best Places to Work and the World’s Happiest Workplaces list. Popeyes University is the next step in that journey. It’s about giving our ‘joy creators’ clear pathways to grow, develop new skills and build long-term careers with us."
