This unique built-in dog kennel made by Michael Beezy Barber is a home project that spares no details in accommodating man's best friend.
Cleverly located under a set of stairs, this dog kennel is conveniently out of the way and creates a playful and safe space for Barber's dog, Kenji. The built-in dog kennel more closely resembles a comfortable bedroom than a kennel and is large enough for the dog to move around and play.
Barber used his handyman know-how and installed a tile floor, toy shelf, LED lights, a door and also a cooling fan to help lower the temperature inside the space. There is even a security camera installed inside that lets the kennel and Kenji be observed on a TV screen, laptop or phone while his owners are away.
