Hot on the heels of announcing its new Cauliflower Wings, Buffalo Wild Wings has added two additional veggie-heavy dishes to its menu: the Buffalo Wedge Salad and the Chopped Cobb Salad. The chain has also updated the recipe for its popular Chicken Caesar salad.
With the addition of two new salads, Buffalo Wild Wings aims to cater to those who don't necessarily want to order a big plate of wings. The new Buffalo Wedge Salad takes wedged lettuce and tops it with hand-breaded chicken, tomatoes, bacon, green onions, and bleu cheese crumbles. The whole thing is then drizzled with bleu cheese dressing and medium Buffalo sauce for a bit of wing flavor.
As for the Chopped Cobb Salad, the salad pairs romaine lettuce with diced grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, blue cheese crumbles, hard-boiled egg, everything seasoning, buffalo seasoning, and ranch dressing.
