Ready-to-Drink Boba Beers

Rorschach Brewing Co.'s Pearl Clutching is a Bubble Tea IPA

Rorschach Brewing Co. created Pearl Clutching, a Bubble Tea IPA, by brewing wheat, oats and lactose sugar, and conditioning it with black tea and condensed milk. According to the brewery, this unique beer boasts "notes of peach candy, mango, black tea, and lemon, with a creamy texture and smooth finish."

The marriage of two beloved beverages, bubble tea and beer, appeals to a diverse range of consumers, combining the refreshing qualities of bubble tea with the complexity and depth of beer, resulting in an unconventional convergence that pushes the boundaries of traditional drink offerings.

For a limited time, the brewery served Pearl Clutching on draught with optional bubbles so that beer drinkers could get the full boba experience with the addition of chewy, texture-rich tapioca pearls at the bottom of their glass.
