Breakfast-Inspired Cookies

Insomnia Cookies is Celebrating Back-to-School with New Sweets

Insomnia Cookies is introducing limited-time breakfast-inspired cookies just in time for the arrival of the back-to-school season, knowing that students will be looking for early-morning sweets and late-night snacks to fuel their study sessions. The exclusive new flavors introduce varieties like Cinnamon Bun with cinnamon chips, cinnamon swirls and cream cheese drops. There's also an Everything Bagel cookie and a Cereal N Milk Cookie that comes from Insomnia's experimental CookieLab and shares a brown butter cookie treat made with Fruity Pebbles cereal, marshmallows, and white chocolate chips.

The brand is gearing up for its annual PJ Party and it will be kicking off the start of a new school season with a "sweetstakes" that gives fans the chance to win great prizes.
