They say imitation is the best form of flattery, so having your image emblazoned on the side of a skyscraper in mural form must pretty up there too? This example of Brazilian art is a fantastically colorful mural tribute to the late Brazilian architect Eduardo Kobra.

The touching tribute was created by urban graffiti artist Eduardo Kobra. The colossal 52 meter portrait looms over the busy urban area of Paulista Avenue in Sao Paulo. Work started on the mural one month ago and Kobra even recruited four other artists to help him complete the mammoth task. The artist was moved to make the tribute after the well known local architects death in Decemember of last year.
