Sony Announces the Details of Its Bravia XR Television Lineup

Sony has announced details of its new 2022 Bravia XR lineup of TVs. This is Sony’s first year making Mini LED sets, so the lineup includes highlights like the 8K Mini LED series, the 4K Mini LED, QD-OLED, and the traditional OLED and LCD sets.
Consumers in the market for large 8K televisions can expect to pay $6,999.99 for the 75-inch version of the Series Z95K Mini LED model and $9,999.99 for the 85-inch. The QD-OLED TVs include superior image processing capabilities and accuracy and go up for preorder in June for US shoppers. Canadians can expect preorders as soon as this month.
Sony also has the A90K Master Series that comes in 48 and 42-inch sizing options for gamers. Even though this series does not utilize QD-OLED panels, they’ll still offer high-grade picture quality and full support for HDMI 2.1 gaming features like VRR and 120Hz gameplay.
