This summer, Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken will be serving up a new Buffalo Collection at participating restaurants. This collection puts "a saucy spin on guest favorites" with three tasty ways to enjoy the delicious taste of buffalo sauce. First up is the brand-new Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, which features a juicy, five-ounce chicken filet that's been marinated in Lee’s special blend of seasonings, hand-breaded, and then dipped in a flavorful buffalo sauce. The whole thing is served on a soft and sweet brioche bun with crunchy pickles.
Also available from the new Buffalo Collection is the Buffalo Mac and Cheese Bowl and the new Buffalo Strips.
