Boston Fusion by design firm Bayarch is an undulating sloped construction project that will see an entire city block of residences be built in a way that resembles a country hillside.
The 17-story building will have residences, office spaces and retail lots. More than anything else, however, Boston Fusion will be most notable for its unusual but awesome checkerboard design, which features dozens of green roofs that will cover the sloping roof of the futuristic building in a captivating pattern.
Implications - This project from Beacon Hill reflects the direction of modern architecture and social sustainability simultaneously. The business element that lies beneath the project will prove profitable for both investors and developers.
