The Hilo Core system comprises three integrated components — a lightweight wearable band that uses optical sensors to capture physiological signals, a mobile application for data visualization and contextualization, and an FDA-cleared connected cuff that provides periodic calibration readings. This combination allows the platform to generate an estimated 30 to 35 blood pressure measurements per day, including overnight values, by leveraging proprietary Optical Blood Pressure Monitoring technology and advanced algorithms that interpret photoplethysmographic signals from the wrist. The resulting longitudinal data is then contextualized with metrics like sleep quality, physical activity, and heart rate.
