Steve Dublanica wrote a blog called Waiter Rant about eating in the Big Apple that really caught on. As a result, he decided to pursue his knack for writing. Because the book was so successful, he is now launching a second book on the marvelously mysterious genre of “tipping.”
Well, in the Big Apple, they may have a “pas de deux” between customer and server, but elsewhere, it’s add 20% and get on with life. Ingeniously titled, “At Your Service” the book will be done undercover. w00t! Can hardly wait. See you at the Waffle House.
