The 'Crepes of Wrath' blog has developed a recipe for a batch of delicious and sparkly blackberry ice pops. While it may seem like glitter is something you should reserve for craft time, these shimmering popsicles may change your mind.
To make the glitter-infused ice pops, you will need blackberries, blueberries, a can of cream of coconut, edible glitter and white chocolate for decorating. Begin by blending your berries and the cream of coconut until smooth. Add the edible glitter and then blend again. Pour the shimmering berry mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least six hours. Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds and drizzle them with white chocolate. For an extra bit of sparkle, sprinkle a little bit of extra edible glitter to the outside of your blackberry ice pops.
