Biscuits with the Boss is a shortbread ice cream created by Jeni's Ice Creams in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products. Inspired by the signature biscuits from Ted Lasso, the limited-edition flavor combines salted butter sweet cream ice cream with pieces of real shortbread cookie to recreate the series' memorable treat. Originally introduced in 2023, the flavor returns in packaging modeled after Ted Lasso's blue AFC Richmond jacket, extending the television reference beyond the recipe. The release coincides with the lead-up to the show's fourth season, which premieres on August 5.
The returning flavor became available beginning July 21 through Jeni's online store, scoop shops across the United States, and select retail partners while supplies last. Jeni's scoop shops are also offering an exclusive Ted Lasso Special inspired by millionaire's shortbread, combining two half scoops of the ice cream with fudge and caramel sauces.
