The Bikers' Rest Keeps Urban Cyclists Poised for the Green Light

Dismounting your bicycle at a stop sign or a red light is inefficient, frankly. The Bikers' Rest has been designed to make the pause much less clumsy for people who travel on two-wheelers by providing them with a special support system so that they can stay on their seats.

Marcus Abrahamsson's roadside bollard is made of a strong steel tube that rises up to just about waist height on the average mounted biker. The Nola Bikers' Rest has a looped handle surrounding the domed top and an extruded metal mesh shoe grip at a convenient incline around the base. Approximately level with your pedal, this prop enables you to ground one foot with the other in place and maintain balance while you wait for the traffic light to change.
