The Biboni Sofa is a sculptural modular seating design created by architecture studio Johnston Marklee for Knoll that emphasises enveloping comfort and expressive form. The upholstery uses non-removable bi-stretch fabric wrapped around flexible polyurethane foam of varying densities over a wood-framed seat, while backrests and armrests incorporate a metal core for structural support. Configurations include two-, three-, and four-seat options as well as sectional variants with chaise elements, allowing the sofa to be adapted to different interior layouts. Discreet inset feet lift the form slightly from the floor to add visual lightness to its generous proportions.
