Motley Brews is Set to Host a Beer and Sear 'Beerunch' in Las Vegas

At this year's 'Great Vegas Festival of Beer,' Motley Brews will host a Beer and Sear brunch event, at the Searsucker in Las Vegas. The event will take place on Saturday, May 19th, from 11am until 2pm. During this time, patrons will have the chance to take part in exclusive beer tastings, go to different culinary stations that will complement the craft brews, and listen to music.

A few of the 'Beerunch' food offerings will include poke hand rolls, oysters with a spicy cocktail sauce, beer-cured salmon, eggs Benedict made with beer-brined pork belly and a lemon-dill hollandaise sauce, Mexican poutine, and much more.

Tickets to Beer and Sear are currently available online, where consumers can get a hold of them for $55 USD each.
