Retail brand Target has put together a line of bedroom decor for kids that is gender neutral for both girls and boys. The line, entitled Pillowfort, is designed to offer pieces that is universal to a variety of personal styles and preferences without being labeled gender-specific. The collection will feature necessities from bedding to wall decor and accessories for the space.
The Pillowfort line features a total of 1,200 different items each with an androgynous aesthetic that can appeal to both male and female audiences depending on their personal tastes. None of the products will carry a "boy" or "girl" label, but the collection will feature blue and pink colors for either gender to enjoy. Items include fun throw pillows, tropical-themed decor and bright chairs.
