The Beauty Society by John Lewis Helps Consumers Meet Their Needs

The Beauty Society is a new concept by department store John Lewis that can be seen within its store in Cardiff. The in-store beauty concierge gives consumers the chance to make an appointment with a Beauty Guide who is suited to helping people figure out what products will be just right for their needs.

There are a number of different appointments that can be made with The Beauty Society, including a 15-minute session for general questions or a 45-minute Walk and Talk tour of the Beauty Department. There are also longer sessions like The All New You for those who want to completely reinvent their skincare and makeup routines, as well as The Beauty School and The Photo Finish for creating a special, occasion-specific look.
