Bakery-Inspired Ice Creams

Milk Bar, an award-winning bakery known for its creative desserts, is preparing to launch a line of bakery-inspired ice cream pints based on signature flavors. The sweet treats that originated in Milk Bar dessert shops have been reinterpreted as cooling desserts like birthday cake, cereal milk, cornflake chocolate chip marshmallow and the beloved Milk Bar pie with a gooey filling.

Already, Milk Bar has expanded into grocery stores with products like soft-baked cookies and crumb cakes and this new line catapults the brand into yet another new category. Chef and founder Christina Tosi says that "Our ice creams are meant for the unapologetically indulgent moments and mean serious business." The creatively reimagined treats boast flavorful bases, swirls, frostings and more to delight people of all ages with a sweet tooth.
