'Baby Strong Workouts' for moms is series of modified exercises aimed at new mothers. The workout plan was created by a personal trainer who wanted to find ways to exercise even while taking care of her child.
Beginning by taking her carrying her son up hills and stairs, creator Jennifer Johnson began incorporating her son as resistance in her workouts. Johnson eventually developed a complete workout plan that takes advantage of free time when taking care of your baby. All of the exercises are of course safe for both the mother and the baby.
Baby Strong Workouts are fun, engaging and inexpensive ways to include exercise in each mother's every day routine. In a rather innovative and simple solution, Johnson was able to figure out how to take care of both a baby's and a mother's wellbeing all at once.
