Pure Zees is introducing the world's first asthma- and allergy-friendly baby mattresses to the US market, featuring certifications from both the Allergy Standards Limited of Ireland (ASL) and The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA.) Baby mattresses are often covered in flame-retardant sprays, textile chemicals, biocides and other additives, making it challenging for parents to find pure solutions to support a young one's sleep.
The waterproof yet breathable mattress by Pure Zees features non-chemical physical dust mite barriers, naturally flame-retardant materials without the use of chemicals. Additionally, the lightweight and firm mattress is covered in microfilament fabrics so that moisture can easily be wicked away for increased comfort.
In the months ahead, Pure Zees plans to expand its range of asthma- and allergy-friendly products with certified fitted sheets and other sleep-related products.
