Shito Sauce, named after "pepper" is a beloved staple in Ghanaian households, and boasts a rich, smoky, and savory flavor profile that combines hot peppers, caramelized onions, tomatoes, herbs, and a seafood base. Versatile and delicious, Shito Sauce can be paired with grilled meat, fish, rice and bean dishes, pizza, cheese and more.
The sauce is made through a slow cooking process and features no artificial fillers, flavors, or preservatives. It is also crafted with whole-food plant proteins and antibiotic and hormone-free meats.
