Creamy Avocado Sauces

Kumana Makes Plant-Based, Venezuelan-Inspired Avocado Condiments

Kumana is now introducing the world to its creamy avocado sauce, which boasts a simple ingredient list of: fresh onion and bell pepper, cilantro, garlic and vinegar.

The plant-based, non-GMO sauce takes inspiration from a condiment that is traditionally used on grilled meat and vegetables in Venezuela, and hopes to delight American consumers with a taste of South America. Unlike many condiments on the market that feature water or vinegar as the first ingredients, the top four ingredients in Kumana's recipe are all fruits and vegetables with no added sugar.

Alongside its Be Original avocado sauce, Kumana also makes Be Sweet, which is enhanced with the tropical taste of mango, as well as the piquant Be Hot with mango and habanero.
