AUSTRIA JUICE Uses Fermentation Tech to Lower Sugar in 100% Fruit Juice

Natural fruit juice is often shadowed by its high sugar content, but cutting back often means sacrificing the bright, full flavor that made it appealing in the first place, and AUSTRIA JUICE uses patent-pending fermentation technology to retain the flavor in 100% juice while lowering sugar and calories by at least 30%. Now, thanks to this natural process, beverage companies can label products as "reduced-sugar fruit juice from concentrate."

At PLMA in Amsterdam in May 2026, AUSTRIA JUICE will introduce apple juice concentrate as its flagship reduced-sugar product.
