The ASUS VivoWatch SP Was Designed to Promote Healthy Lifestyles

The new ASUS VivoWatch SP is a fitness-focused watch that can be used to track the user's health. The ASUS VivoWatch SP also features a reworked design that improves upon the previous version. Users of the watch will be able to access an optical heart rate test, as well as ECG information simultaneously. The Product Manager for the VivioWatch, Greg Lai, refers to the watch as an "intelligent health gadget to prevent hypertension and heart disease."

The watch also has a number of features that promote physical activity. Notable life style-centric features include a GPS, as well as pace coaching, speed monitoring, and route mapping. The watch also has an altimeter for hikers, which will help users protect against dropping blood oxygen levels due to altitude.
