High-Quality Artisanal Pasta Lineups

Monte's Fine Foods Introduces Three New Pasta Shapes

Monte's Fine Foods has expanded its artisanal pasta lineup with three new shapes — Bozzolo, Stella, and Conchiglia. This forms part of the brand’s summer collection, which is designed to celebrate communal dining and the relaxed rhythms of the season.

Monte's Fine Foods draws upon a 120-year Italian-American heritage and continues to adhere to its minimalist philosophy of using only two organic ingredients — durum semolina and water. This approach ensures that its artisanal pasta lineup remains vegan and free from genetically modified organisms.

The three new shapes complement the brand's existing assortment and are intended for a variety of settings — from casual weeknight dinners to more festive Sunday gatherings. To accompany the pasta launch, Monte's has also released a limited-edition Pasta Beach merchandise line, including apparel and accessories such as crewnecks, tote bags, and hats inspired by vintage Italian beach culture.
